Rebecca Cody, MD
Dr. Cody joined Coastal Cancer Center in 2001. She is on the active staff at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Conway Medical Center, and Waccamaw Community Hospital. Dr. Cody also has consulting privileges at McLeod-Loris Hospital. She is state licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for both Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine.
A native of Tremont, Mississippi, Dr. Cody received her undergraduate degree at Centenary College of Louisiana at Shreveport, and she is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Cody completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and her Medical Oncology Fellowship at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Dr. Cody has been a member of The Cancer Committee at Conway Medical Center since 2001. She is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the South Carolina Oncology Society (SCOC.)
