New Patient Representative
All new patients are offered an appointment by our New Patient Representative within 1 to 4 days of initial contact. Once we schedule your appointment, the New Patient Representative will request your medical records. We do this so we have the most recent information regarding your diagnosis, previous evaluation, management, and future care needs. The New Patient Representative will work with you before your first appointment to verify you have the insurance coverage you need. For more information, visit the Insurance and Billing section.
Patient Representatives assist patients with insurance coverage, payment plans, reimbursement or any other financial concerns.
If you and your physician decide that your condition requires treatment, our Pre-Treatment Representative will contact your insurance company to verify how your treatment may be covered, based on your policy, and will review with you the estimated cost of the treatment planned. You will be notified at this time about any estimated amount you will be responsible for on each day of service.
Patient Assistance Representative
Our Patient Representatives will refer any patient needing financial assistance with treatment costs to our Patient Assistance Representative.
