Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so our registrar may verify your patient information. Let the registrar know if any personal or insurance information has changed, such as a change in insurance company or plan, and always bring your current insurance cards with you.

The physician asks questions about your health since your last visit, review any recent blood work or X-rays, perform an exam, and discuss the results. Please be prepared to discuss any of your questions or concerns.

Family members are encouraged to attend appointments if the patient desires in order to facilitate communication.
